What is alkaline water for?

Alkaline water is a powerful natural antioxidant, with ability to help the body to eliminate waste acids produces the natural process of digestion. It also balances the acid-alkaline level of the body, regenerating cells and fighting aging.

How do you prepare?

There are several "almost free" methods of getting alkaline water:

Method 1

Boil the water for 5 minutes. Add a pinch per liter of high quality pink Himalayan salt or sea salt. In this way, it would reach between 8 and 9 Ph.

Method 2

Pour half a teaspoon of baking soda (for each glass of water). This causes the Ph to increase from 7.2 to 7.9. Although it is well below 8.4, it is not a bad level.

Method 3

Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and squeeze a whole lemon for each liter of water. With this method, I would raise the Ph to at least 7.2.
